Visitors and Visiting Times

Visitors are welcome to all Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust hospitals. We would ask you to abide by the regulations of the Trust particularly in respect of our policies on smoking as we are smoke-free across all of our hospital and outpatient sites – smoking is not permitted on any of our sites. Visiting may be restricted for brief periods when a patient is undergoing a procedure or routine care and hygiene. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the Nurse in charge. |

We request all visitors to wash their hands and to use the alcohol disinfectant provided before and after visiting their relative. Alcohol disinfectant can be found at the entrance to every ward at the Trust.
