Patient Information Leaflets
The Trust has a number of patient information leaflets, which are available on this website.
The leaflets are available to view by:-

- A-Z of leaflets by department
- Community Patient Information Leaflets
- Easy Read Patient Leaflets
You can also use the search facility at the top of this page by typing in key words, for example, ‘squint surgery’.You can also email us for further information, questions, queries and suggestions on any aspect of our Patient Information Service. Please address your email to pic@wwl.nhs.uk
To view a leaflet (acrobat reader required) please click on the leaflet description.
To save a leaflet to your computer, right click over the leaflet description with the mouse and select “Save Target As…”. You can then download the leaflet to your computer.
Alternative formats are available on request. If you wish to request an audio leaflet, braille, hi contrast (black text against yellow background), large text, or require the leaflet in a different language then please contact the department/ward you are attending.
